Job Title: Production Supervisor

Chase Taylor Recruitment is currently working with a leading UK manufacturer of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors based in Leeds. They are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage, motivate, supervise, and support the production team.
2. Implement behavioral safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
3. Oversee and coordinate daily production activities.
4. Ensure production targets are met within deadlines.
5. Train and supervise production staff.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in uPVC/aluminium window and door fabrication.
• Previous experience as a production supervisor or team leader.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must reside in the UK.
