About Role

Are you an organised, hands–on leader with a passion for production and quality? Join our Scout Store team in Lancing as our new Production Supervisor and help shape the future of our high–quality printed and embroidered products.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our busy production department, supporting the delivery of our expanding personalisation range and new bespoke printing service.

As our Production Supervisor, the Key responsibilities are:

• Plan and schedule production to meet demand and deadlines
• Lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards and efficiency
• Maintain quality control processes and address issues quickly
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and equipment maintenance
• Assist with site management duties, including safety and compliance

What we are looking for in our Production Supervisor:

• Strong experience in production, warehousing, or manufacturing
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Knowledge of garment printing and embroidery (desirable)
• A confident leader with great communication and problem–solving abilities
• Team player who can adapt to changing priorities
