A bit about the role
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be an important member of the team, responsible for meeting or exceeding production targets while ensuring our systems remain fully maintained and operational.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll take responsibility for meeting and exceeding safety, quality and productivity targets.
You’ll have a good working knowledge of health, safety and environmental best practice and regulation within manufacturing with an ability to monitor performance data, identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
You’ll be responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring we meet productivity, financial and quality standards targets. You’ll ensure we remain fully operational with little downtime, resolving any issues as they arise, quickly to minimise impact on customers timelines.
