Allied also operates Scotland’s largest independent Bodyshop and offers a range of garage services to insurance, commercial, and private customers. We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join our Operations department. The role involves ensuring vehicles are manufactured correctly, cost-effectively, and delivered on time, in accordance with customer build specifications and quality standards.
Main duties include:
Candidates should have management experience in Engineering, Automotive, or Manufacturing sectors, with a proven track record of meeting production targets while maintaining quality and controlling costs. Strong communication, leadership, planning, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience in cost savings in a high-mix/low-volume environment.
Working hours are Monday – Wednesday 7am – 6pm & Thursday 7am – 5.30pm, with a salary range of £37,500-42,500 PA DOE.
