Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Swadlincote is seeking a Production Supervisor for their day shift. The role involves managing a team of around 14, overseeing production planning, and implementing improvements in efficiency. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and knowledge of lean manufacturing. Production Supervisor Job Details & Benefits;

• Monday to Friday 6am-2pm with flexibility to move to 08:30pm 17:00pm in the future

Production Supervisor Job Details;

• You will be required to manage a medium sized team (circa 14 people)
• Carrying out Labour Management and planning daily labour to best utilise the machines in all area s
• Troubleshoot /problem solve issues with machines
• Production planning
• Managing absence, investigations etc
• Looking at efficiency issues and suggesting / implementing improvements
