Based in Dunstable

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a permanent position at our client in Dunstable.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a team to ensure the area runs at optimal output
2. Planning, co-ordination and control of all resources
3. Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to
4. Identifying areas of continuous improvement
5. Effectively working with all departments within the factory

Requirements:

1. PC Skills
2. Planning and problem solving acumen
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Knowledge of lean manufacturing
5. Previous working knowledge in a similar role, ideally within the food industry
