As part of our evolving processes and strategies, we are seeking a Sourcing & Production Coordinator within the Sourcing & Production team. This team ensures on-time delivery of high-quality products at the required cost, maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers and advancing our supply chain sustainability goals. The role reports to the Senior Production & Sourcing Manager and collaborates with various departments including Customer Services, Finance, Product Design, and Marketing.

The role & your skills:

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, managing sourcing, production, quality, and sustainability queries.
• Manage purchase orders, MOQ, and surcharge issues.
• Oversee supplier WIP reports and prioritize tasks to balance supply and demand, contributing to S&OP processes.
• Negotiate prices and work with Product Development to meet target costs and margins.
• Update ERP and PLM systems accurately.
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate solutions to mitigate sourcing and production issues.
• Ensure suppliers adhere to social and environmental sustainability goals, including audit data and SER dashboards.
• Follow up on CAPs with suppliers.
• Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings, presenting sourcing updates.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Finance to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Coordinate with Garment Technology for timely AQLs and bookings.
• Travel to suppliers and conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion or sportswear sourcing, production, or supply chain.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with various systems.
• Diplomatic, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
• Interest or experience in active sports and cycling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding or interest in sustainability practices.
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
