Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a live support rotation, interacting directly with the business to solve crucial problems.
  • Build software to improve infrastructure and work on varied projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience with ongoing support rotation is highly advantageous.
  • Strong programming skills in any object-oriented language.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, able to remain clear and calm during production incidents.
  • Master’s degree (or above) in Computer Science or a related technical/scientific discipline.
  • Linux experience beyond basic user level is a plus.
