- Be part of a live support rotation, interacting directly with the business to solve crucial problems.
- Build software to improve infrastructure and work on varied projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with ongoing support rotation is highly advantageous.
- Strong programming skills in any object-oriented language.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, able to remain clear and calm during production incidents.
- Master’s degree (or above) in Computer Science or a related technical/scientific discipline.
