We are recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Production Manager to join an incredible FMCG business in North Wales.
This role has come about due to company expansion, they have a people-focused culture and incredible products! This role is Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am.

Production Shift Manager (Nights) - Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Responsible for the operations across output, supervisor development, waste, yield, technical standards, hygiene operations, and projects
• Overseeing the smooth running of the night shift operation
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and leadership focus
• Data-driven mindset with experience in KPIs, CI, and RCA
• Responsible for managing the rotas for the night shift
• Ensuring factory audit readiness, compliance, and strong hygiene standards
• Must be proactive in approach with a collaborative nature
• Management and achievement of KPIs across the site.
