Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd is seeking a Production Shift Manager for the Denton site in North Manchester. You will oversee all shift activities in a high-volume brick manufacturing environment, leading by example and driving health, safety and environmental best practice.

You will champion process improvements to enhance efficiency and output. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will collaborate with quality and maintenance teams, identify training needs, and ensure HR policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production shifts in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong emphasis on health and safety culture and risk assessment.
• Supervisory/line management experience or transferable leadership skills.
