Optimum Recruit is currently looking for Shift Managers based in Newton Aycliffe to join a large, fast-paced manufacturing client. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role within a complex production environment. The role involves championing LEAN improvements and actively developing a 5S culture to maintain workplace standards.

Job Details

Contractual hours: 37 hours a week. Additional hours and shifts may be required to meet the needs of the business, including a rotating shift pattern.

Dayshift: 07:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:30 Friday

Backshift: 15:00 Monday to Thursday, 14:00 Friday

Salary: Up to GBP 47K per annum
