Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum

Location: Ystrad Mynach, Caerphilly (commutable from Hengoed, Blackwood, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, Ebbw Vale, Rhymney, Tredegar, Abertillery, Newport, Cardiff, Pontypridd, Llantrisant)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
