Production Shift Manager — Northeast Lincolnshire — 4on 4off DAYS (12-hour shifts)

Are you an experienced Production Shift Manager with a strong background in Food manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving change through people and processes?

We're looking for a candidate with experience in a management/leadership role within the Food manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to create a culture to deliver, empower and optimise performance across site.

You will take ownership of leading, motivating, and developing your team. This position offers a fantastic platform to showcase your leadership capabilities by driving a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the manufacturing team to deliver performance across the site.

  • Implement and sustain strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
