Production Shift Manager – Northeast Lincolnshire • 4on 4off DAYS (12-hour shifts)

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and safety in a manufacturing environment.
• Implement strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Engage stakeholders across all levels of the business—from production teams to senior leadership.
