Production Shift Manager

What You'll Do as a Shift Manager:

As a Shift Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Dartford Factory operations. You’ll lead a team on the night shift, ensuring smooth production, high-quality standards, and safety on the shopfloor. You’ll enforce company policies, handle challenges, and support your team while acting as the senior person on-site in the absence of the site manager. It’s a role that requires leadership, problem-solving, and dedication to quality—are you ready for it?

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in the food manufacturing or bakery industry (desired)
2. Proven leadership in managing teams within an FMCG manufacturing environment (desired)
3. Strong communication skills and IT literacy
4. Passion for continuous improvement and team development
