The Role

• Lead and supervise production and inspection staff during your shift
• Monitor output, quality, and safety targets
• Support TPM, lean, and 5S initiatives
• Act as First Aider (training provided)
• Maintain shift reports and production records

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
