You will create English hard-of-hearing subtitles for broadcast and online, manage audio description, and coordinate linguists to deliver high-quality outputs on time.

• Organising the creation and delivery of audio description, BSL and foreign-language projects, from quotation to client deliverables, while maintaining quality standards.
• Liaising with clients, adapting to schedule changes, handling media assets, and sourcing freelance linguists.
• Providing direct support throughout the project cycle.
• Communicating project status.
• Handling technical issues and linguistic queries.
• Ensuring projects meet expectations.

JobResponsibilities:

• Creating English hard-of-hearing subtitles for broadcast, online and cinema
• Organising the creation and delivery of audio description, BSL and foreign-language projects, from the quotation stage to the client deliverables, whilemaintainingstrict quality standards
• Liaising with clients, adapting to short-notice schedule changes, handling media assets, andsourcingand managing freelance linguists
• Providing direct support throughout the project cycle
• Communicating project status
• Handling technical issues and linguistic queries
• Ensuring that projects meet expectations

ProjectManagement:

• Proven experience in production services, operations, or a similar role within a media, accessibility, creative, or technical environment
• Advanced training and hands-on experience with professional subtitling software

• Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to work effectively with internal and external partners
• Commitment, dedication, and a proactive approach to workload management
• Technical competencywith various file formats andtheabilityto navigate technical documentation
