Production Services Manager

As part of the Production team, you will process and manage briefs through internal workflow tools, working alongside the Client Service function. The requirements are as follows:

1. Take ownership of the internal planning of campaigns and engage with the relevant internal teams to manage requirements.
2. Facilitate seamless coordination and timely completion of all jobs to the highest quality standards.
3. Ensure all projects align with client briefs.
4. Meet deadlines consistently.
5. Maintain budget adherence.
6. Manage potential risks/issues with the relevant Client Services and Production stakeholders.
7. Communicate with Client stakeholders as agreed.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage workflow in production by booking projects into the company's MIS.
• Liaise with Production departments (estimating, production control, studio, litho, digital) and Finishing teams to ensure proper coordination of print jobs throughout all stages.
• Develop and maintain critical paths for projects.
• Maintain WIP reporting and provide regular status reports to both the Client Services and Production teams.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's production processes.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks and issues to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Adopt technology to streamline workflows.
• Complete invoicing in a timely manner.

Essential knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of print production processes.
• Experience in the large format or point of sale print industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with planning abilities to complete tasks.
• Effective prioritization, ability to thrive under pressure, and meet tight deadlines and targets.
