Job description

My client is a well established engineering company that specialise in designing and manufacturing a range of equipment for the materials handling sector. As a result of a recent internal promotion, they are looking for a Service Coordinator & Production Support Engineer to join their company.

You will be planning and scheduling the service engineers visits. Undertaking RAMs for visits. Other duties will involve the production of quotes for customers, arranging delivery of equipment, working with the engineering department to ensure that work is complete on time. The role is a busy one so you need to be proactive, have good written and verbal communication skills you should be able to read engineering drawings and be atleast HNC qualified in an engineering related subject.
