The role involves managing daily production schedules, liaising with various departments, and ensuring customer service levels are maintained. Successful candidates will have strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication abilities. A competitive starting salary of £32,000 is offered with additional benefits including flexible working arrangements.

Role & Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Excellent Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Excel
* Highly organized and motivated
* Excellent communication skills
* Literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE level or equivalent
* Communication with customers and suppliers
* Knowledge of bakery products
* Ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively
* Ability to analyse problems, identify and manage solutions
