Job summary

An aerospace organization in Fareham is seeking two experienced Production Planners for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling production orders, ensuring efficient execution of plans, and driving improvements in production flow. A well known aerospace organisation are currently seeking two experienced Production Planners to join their team in Fareham. Duration: 6-month contract Pay: £20-25 per hour (Inside IR35) Working Pattern: Fully onsite Location: Fareham

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production orders in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Work with operations to ensure plans are executed efficiently and on time.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet demand priorities and inventory targets.
• Communicate with stakeholders and escalation issues where required to maintain plan adherence.
• Maintain accurate records and use ERP systems to track production progress.
• Drive continuous improvements in scheduling processes and production flow.

Key Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, InforXA, MFG/PRO, or CERP).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
