Consultant

Carbon60 is seeking a talented and motivated Production Scheduler to join their dynamic client based in Broughton. As a Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this company's production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and manage cutting tool stock levels and regrind processes
  • Control and manage consumables, chemicals, and stock levels
  • Manage all calibrated tooling, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
  • Act as an interface between calibration and operations departments
  • Raise purchase orders for all tooling and maintenance requirements
  • Provide lineside support to production, addressing blockers and offering technical assistance
  • Support CAPEX, Rate Ramp Up, and facility improvement projects
  • Lead involvement in scheme projects
  • Support with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) topics
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar operations support role
  • Familiarity with production processes and maintenance procedures
