Production Quality Support Officer

Salford, M50 2PU

hours, working Monday to Friday 7am-3pm

£30, per annum

We’re looking for a Production Quality Support Officer to come join us, based at our Nupharm Depot. Nupharm, located in Salford and part of the Phoenix Group, imports medicines from Europe, repackages them, and supplies vital medications to Pharmacies throughout the UK. Quality is at the heart of everything we do.

This role will contain a 2-stage interview process, the first round being a collection of competency based tasks, the second round being a formal interview.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting and maintaining key compliance processes
  • Review production reports and records to evaluate and investigate any abnormalities
  • Working cross-departmentally with our Quality team to ensure key documentation is signed and evaluated
  • Supporting the Production Manager in Quality Meetings
  • Supporting the training of colleagues regarding working practices, health & safety, and regulatory issues

Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • A Quality focused background, preferably within a highly-regulated industry
  • Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice)
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective communicator and motivator
  • 22 days (pro rata) paid annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with length of service
