Company Overview:

Our client is a pioneering company in fibre optic and LED lighting systems, seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Quality Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management Systems: Enhance and oversee the implementation of QMS initiatives.
2. Department Supervision: Oversee the fibre optic harness and polishing departments.
3. KPI Monitoring: Track and evaluate Quality and manufacturing KPIs.
4. Production Scheduling: Maintain schedules to ensure timely and quality order fulfillment.
5. Inspections and Programming: Perform inspections and program CMM machines.
6. Data Management: Collect data, maintain records, and prepare reports for management.
7. Audit Planning: Organize and schedule internal audits.
8. Team Building: Foster teamwork within quality and production teams.
9. Order Consolidation: Ensure timely consolidation and dispatch of orders.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in Quality assurance within manufacturing, proficiency in programming CMM machines, inspection procedures, and interpreting engineering drawings. Skills in Microsoft Excel, good communication, and knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems are essential.
