You will likeThe role of Production & Quality Engineer itself, where you will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating quality standards across both the Hampshire workshop and their sister studio in North London. You will support the design, implementation, and continual improvement of Quality Management Systems, ensuring that craftsmanship remains at the highest level. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed quality documentation, leading quality inspections, and driving lean methodologies and process improvements. This is a hands-on, varied position offering a high degree of autonomy and the chance to work closely with skilled artisans and managers, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
