Working here, you’ll be part of a team committed to pushing boundaries in metalworking — delivering exceptional bespoke pieces for residential, commercial, and marine clients. Enjoy the benefits of contributing to a thriving, creative workspace within a company that recognises talent and encourages continuous development.

You will like

The role of Production & Quality Engineer itself, where you will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating quality standards across both the Hampshire workshop and their sister studio in North London. You will support the design, implementation, and continual improvement of Quality Management Systems, ensuring that craftsmanship remains at the highest level. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed quality documentation, leading quality inspections, and driving lean methodologies and process improvements. This is a hands-on, varied position offering a high degree of autonomy and the chance to work closely with skilled artisans and managers, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

You will have
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or Production Engineer within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, with familiarity with ISO 9001 principles preferred.
  • Experience managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Competence in writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites, managing priorities effectively.
  • Comfort in a workshop setting with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working alongside production teams is a plus.

Formal qualifications are valued but a strong track record and practical experience in similar environments are key to success.

You can expect support for continued professional development, a friendly working environment with a passionate team, and opportunities to influence and shape quality standards in a creative, hands-on setting.
