Job description

Job Description

We have three new exciting opportunities within our Cladding Remediation team. The role of the Production Project Manager is to lead the delivery of cladding remediation projects through all construction stages, overseeing the replacement of facades and ensuring project programme delivery aligns with targets and stakeholder expectations.

The successful candidates will contribute to pre-construction planning, developing project execution plans, site management strategies, and building sequences to facilitate overall development programmes and budgets.

You will be responsible for the daily planning, direction, and monitoring of each project's site activities, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable project delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and manage pre-commencement health and safety obligations, ensuring all pre-start health & safety plans are developed and maintained in accordance with HSE policy.
  • Ensure project teams are aware of health and safety implications of design decisions and contribute to solutions.
  • Manage all stakeholders (including RMT, management companies) throughout the build process for cooperation.
  • Ensure build stages comply with the TW Complex Projects framework.
  • Provide guidance and documentation for pre-development programmes and establish strategies for project execution, including build methods, sequences, and timings.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Technical and Commercial, taking a lead during build/remediation stages.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
  • Conduct comprehensive project reviews to ensure audit compliance.
  • Set and maintain quality standards, review quality reports, and address concerns promptly.
  • Manage the site prelims budget, monitoring and interrogating costs regularly.
  • Make site decisions considering impact on objectives, quality, cost, and programme, consulting with relevant functions before instructing contractors.
  • Implement systems for monitoring audit controls and reports from contractors.

What You Will Have

  • A degree or professional qualification in property, development, construction, or related field (or equivalent experience with a plan to achieve qualifications).
  • Proven experience at a similar level in the construction industry, working with developers, contractors, or related partners.
  • Strong understanding of facade/cladding replacement in high-rise residential construction (18m+), with a record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including local authorities, landowners, developers, and contractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, UK laws, legislation, standards, and procedures.
