Job Description

We have three new exciting opportunities within our Cladding Remediation team. The role of the Production Project Manager is to lead the delivery of Cladding remediation projects through all aspects of the construction stages of the facade replacement. The manager will be accountable for the project’s programme delivery, ensuring it aligns with project targets and stakeholder expectations.

The successful candidates will contribute to pre-construction planning, developing project execution plans, site management strategies, and building sequences/durations to facilitate a comprehensive development programme and budget.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, direction, and monitoring of each project site, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable project delivery.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate and manage pre-commencement Health and Safety obligations, ensuring all pre-start Health & Safety Plans are fully developed and maintained throughout the projects.
  • Ensure project teams are aware of the Health and Safety implications of design decisions and contribute to problem-solving.
  • Manage all stakeholders (including RMT, management companies) for full cooperation during the build process.
  • Ensure build stages comply with the TW Complex Projects framework.
  • Provide guidance and documentation for pre-development programmes and establish strategies for project execution, including build methods, sequences, and timings.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Technical, Commercial) and take a lead during the build/remediation stage.
  • Identify and manage project risks effectively.
  • Undertake full reviews at appropriate project stages to ensure comprehensive audits.
  • Set and maintain quality standards, review quality reports promptly, and address concerns.
  • Manage the site prelims budget, monitor costs regularly.
  • Make site decisions considering impact on objectives, quality, cost, and programme, ensuring discussions and approvals with relevant functions before instructing contractors.
  • Implement systems for controlling and monitoring audit controls reports/Zutec from contractors.
What You Will Have
  • A degree or professional qualification in property, development, construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience with a plan to achieve necessary qualifications).
  • Proven track record at a similar level in the construction industry, with experience working with developers, contractors, or related partners.
  • Strong understanding of facade/cladding replacement, especially on high-rise residential developments (18m+), with a history of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including local authorities, landowners, developers, and contractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, UK construction laws, legislation, standards, and procedures.
