Job summary

Marshall Land Systems is seeking a Production Manager to lead strategic, project‑driven initiatives across the production site. You will coordinate production planning, capacity and resources to meet delivery deadlines in a live manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with Engineering, QHSE and Supply Chain to optimise output, drive continuous improvement and manage cross‑functional teams to agreed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production/operations in manufacturing or assembly.
• Proven track record delivering production projects in live settings.
• Experience working with shop floor teams to meet targets.
• Experience improving production performance (output, efficiency, quality, downtime).
• Understanding of planning, scheduling, and capacity optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations to hit output targets and schedules.
• Coordinate workflows, resources and capacity across shifts and lines.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QHSE and Supply Chain for successful delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-led improvements; support ad-hoc analysis.
