TECHTEST PRODUCTION PROCESS TECHNICIAN – ROTHERWAS, HEREFORD

We are a family run business with over 5 decades of experience and are dedicated to finding the perfect solutions for our customers. Currently we are looking for a Process Technician to join us at our Production Facility in Rotherwas.

Role Responsibilities:
•The generation, publication, and maintenance of Techtest operational analysis.
•To maintain and monitor ongoing Production Analysis Data systems.
•Collation of information to determine average manufacturing times for any given product during the production process.
•The generation of new Production processes (via Workshop Practice creation) within all Techtest facilities.
•Maintenance, publication, and distribution of Techtest Production Plan.
•Monitoring of Production Plan related data to endure Supervisor compliance with the Production plan.
•Monitor Schedule Deviation register to ensure Supervisor compliance with the Production plan.
•Monitor ESD register, ensure staff compliance with Company requirements, and maintain records.
•To be fully aware of company standards (Workshop Practices, Drawing Office instructions etc.) and to raise Change Note requests, Prod. Permits, Concessions, Technical Failure Reports and Corrective Action Reports in response to inconsistencies encountered or proposed improvements throughout Production and its affiliated departments.
•To ensure that all operational standards are being maintained and improvements implemented.
•Continual Techtest Departmental process monitoring, ensuring that staff are adhering to operational standards and direct collation of data, reporting inconsistencies to Management.
•The maintenance of existing processes through tegular review of documentation and operating processes.
•Analysis of production data and generation of reports for management use.
•The production and publishing of Target and Performance data.
•Maintain the policy of continuous improvement in all aspects of Techtest Process.
•Ensure all areas of responsibility are clean and tidy at all times.

Other duties include but are not limited to:
•To undertake any reasonable duty specified by Senior Management.

•Full time position.

•Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
