Müller Yogurt & Desserts, the UK’s leading yogurt manufacturer, responsible for brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj, and Müller Kefir Smoothie, and produces chilled desserts under license from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state-of-the-art yogurt facility.

We are recruiting Production Process Operatives to join our Process Department at our Bridgwater Dairy within Müller Milk & Ingredients.

The role ensures the smooth running of raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing, cream export reclaim, and chemical offload areas. Additionally, it involves conducting lab tests to analyze, record, and report results related to processing lab tests.

Salary: £32,096.64 per annum / £15.34 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) between 6:00 - 18:00 or 18:00 - 6:00
Location: Bridgwater – TA6 6DF

Responsibilities include:

• Checking and recording all relevant paperwork
• Sampling and testing raw products
• Loading tankers
• Liaising with other production departments
• Following Standard Operating Procedures
• Operating equipment and processes effectively, including asset care, maximizing output, adhering to plans, waste reduction, and cost savings
• Undertaking additional duties as required
• Ensuring quality assurance

Experience required:

• Quality assurance experience
• Manufacturing experience, ideally in a food environment
• Production experience, ideally in a food environment
