A leading custom manufacturing company is seeking a Production Process Coordinator to streamline operations and support production. The role involves coordinating with teams, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Two years of related experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer orders and job requirements.
  • Coordinate with Production, Estimating, and CAD teams.
  • Schedule and distribute jobs daily.
  • Work hands-on with operators during first-run jobs.
  • Resolve quality and process issues quickly and effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
  • Lead automation, tooling, and supplier collaboration projects.
  • Evaluate actual vs. estimated production performance.
  • Maintain and update production methods and job instructions.

Skills

Ability to read engineering drawings
General understanding of GD&T
Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
Familiarity with CNC programming
ISO or AS9100 quality systems
Experience with AS9102 inspection reports
Aerospace industry familiarity
Leadership or supervisory experience
