Job Description:

Role: Production Print Field Service Technician

Location: East Midlands - Field Based

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer call outs promptly, resolve technical faults, install and network MFDs, and provide customer training and advice
• Achieve key performance targets and SLAs
• Complete all reporting accurately and timely
• Maintain stock levels and support other service teams as needed
• Undertake relevant training to stay up-to-date with products
• Ensure repairs are performed safely and in accordance with manufacturer and health & safety guidelines
