Job description

To perform service visits for reported calls across our customer base within a designated region. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing professional service operations, adapting to evolving manufacturer products and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer service requests for business equipment and production printers.
  • Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs, including adjustments, cleaning, or part replacements.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve new or unusual faults.
  • Escalate calls promptly when necessary.
  • Inform customers of completed work and ensure satisfaction with machine performance.
  • Install equipment sold by the company and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Provide guidance and training to customers for optimal equipment use.
  • Manage stock of spare parts and consumables effectively.
  • Utilise provided resources efficiently.
  • Achieve performance targets, identifying and addressing below-target performance.
  • Manage call schedule efficiently to maximise daily productivity.
  • Keep customers informed of ongoing issues and parts requirements.
  • Continuously develop customer handling skills and product knowledge.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and support.
  • Attend manufacturer and in-house training sessions.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role is fully remote based at client sites. Attendance at our offices is required periodically for team meetings and training.
