Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training is seeking a Production Prep Operative/Stock Take Operative for a leading seafood supplier in the UK. The role runs Monday to Friday, 05:00–13:30, and requires constant heavy lifting and standing.

You will follow instructions, operate and maintain equipment, perform basic paperwork, ensure products meet quality and safety standards, and help maintain a clean, hygienic work area for efficient stock control and production flow.

Production Prep Operative/Stock Take Operative

Shift: Monday – Friday, 05:00 – 13:30

Our client is a leading supplier of seafood products to major UK supermarkets.

This role requires constant heavy lifting and prolonged standing throughout the workday. It is Physically demanding.

• Follow instructions accurately


• Operate machine, perform simple maintenance of it


• Complete basic paperwork


• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, basic clean down between cooks


• Ensure products meet quality and legal standards


• Follow instructions from line leaders


• Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
