Are you the behind-the-scenes hero who makes the magic happen?

Branded Kiwi is on the lookout for a Production / Pre-Press Lead (Signage/Print) who lives for crisp lines, perfect print files, and a job well prepped. You won’t need to scale ladders or wrangle squeegees (unless you really want to) — your zone is the techy bit before the signs hit the streets.

If you speak fluent Adobe or Corel, have a sixth sense for spotting dodgy bleed lines, and secretly get a thrill from well-organised workflows, we’re already fans. Bonus points if you enjoy bad jokes and good coffee — both are in regular supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-press and production setup, including sizing artwork and preparing files for print and fabrication.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as wide-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and CNC routers.
• Ensure production stays ahead of the install team by managing workflow and prioritising jobs effectively.
• Liaise with the design and install teams to ensure jobs are produced accurately and on time.
• Assist with light hands-on manufacturing, including weeding, laminating, trimming, and application prep as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software relevant to signage production.
• Excellent file management and attention to detail when setting up artwork for production.
• Good communication and time management skills to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Previous experience in a signage or print production environment is highly advantageous.
