Job summary

Havas London is launching the Platform six-month entry-level programme, designed to open doors for underrepresented talent. You’ll join the Production Platformer team, supporting the end-to-end production lifecycle from briefing to delivery across shoots, edits and audio projects.

You’ll learn agency processes, navigate contracts and licensing, and gain exposure to talent, suppliers and creative partners while developing essential admin, organisational and communication skills in a hybrid London

Responsibilities

  • Project and process management.
  • Learn agency process and support projects from briefing to delivery with accuracy and enthusiasm.
  • Support the film production lifecycle across shoots, edits and audio projects with logistics and documentation.
  • Support Business Affairs and learn about contracts, licensing and clearances.
  • Core admin tasks - booking travel, coordinating diaries, preparing call sheets, itineraries and shoot paperwork.
  • Organising and maintaining production documents, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
  • Preparation of PPMs and production meetings with ready materials.
  • Handling essential paperwork such as talent contracts, release forms and NDAs.
  • Learning CARIA and broadcaster/media booking portal for UK TV campaigns.
  • Learning how to flag issues early by asking questions and escalating.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Clear, timely communication with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Maintaining relationships by being helpful and detail-focused.
  • Developing presence in the team by being organised and eager to learn.
  • Creativity and craft in production coordination.
  • Supporting director showcases and research on talent and partners.

The Team

The Havas London Production team of nine is dedicated to bringing creative ideas to life and delivering world-class work across every stage of the production process. From planning and budgeting through to shoot, post-production, and final delivery, the team partners closely with Creative, Strategy, Account Management, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, creatively, and to the highest standard. Integral to the team is Business Affairs, which provides expert management of talent, music, licensing, contracts, rights clearances, and commercial negotiations, ensuring all work is compliant, commercially robust, and supports Havas London's commitment to producing outstanding and effective campaigns.

We work in a hybrid working model – in office and remotely

Office Location: 3 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG

This is a ‘hybrid’ role, which means that candidates will be required to work some of time in the office and some time working from home. The exact split of time across the office and home will be dependent on each team and the requirements of the tasks on any given week. However, Platformers should expect to be in the office up to 100% of the time, if required.
