Production & Planning Manager

ISQ Recruitment are supporting a well-established farm and food business with their search for a Production & Planning Manager .

Known for producing high-quality, sustainable snacking products and supplying leading retailers and foodservice customers across the UK and internationally. This is a rare opportunity to join a business that combines traditional farming values with a modern, innovative approach to food production.

The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license , access to their own vehicle , and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Promote a culture of safety, food safety, and quality Ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products Full responsibility for production planning, materials management, and team development Ensure delivery against site KPIs Lead continuous improvement across the factory

Proven experience in a Supervisory / Management role within food production / manufacturing (essential ) Experienced in production planning and scheduling (essential ) Familiar with BRC food safety standards & audits (essential ) A hands-on approach with a passion for quality and innovation Flexible to the needs of the business Adaptable to change in fast-growing and fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
