Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Facilities Engineer to join the Production Planning team in Crewe. The role focuses on developing and implementing production facilities and equipment for vehicle final assembly, aligning with timing and approved investments.

4 days on-site with a 12-month contract and 35-hour weeks. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing engineering experience, including automation systems, assembly lines, conveyors, and robotics, plus solid project management and MS Project

Qualifications

• Experience with Final Assembly Production Facilities and automation technologies.
• Strong project management and scheduling skills, including MS Project.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production facilities and equipment for final assembly.
• Proactively solve problems using practical techniques to deliver solutions.
• Manage project budgets and track risks to stay within targets.
• Generate milestones and monitor detailed project plans for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work Act and other regulations.
