  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve detailed production schedules to meet delivery targets and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments to align resources and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • React quickly to line-stop issues and production bottlenecks, providing immediate and sustainable resolutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
  • Monitor key production KPIs and report on output, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Analyse production data to forecast demand and inform capacity planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing waste.
