Job Description:

The Production Planning Demand Manager role offers a hybrid working model, combining home and office work, with occasional presence at the local office.

CityFibre is the UK's largest fibre-only network provider, committed to setting new standards in digital infrastructure, supporting communities, and economic growth.

The role involves ensuring operational alignment with budget and plans, collaborating across teams to balance supply and demand, and overseeing scaling assumptions to optimize business performance.

Salary: up to £60,000, plus performance bonuses and benefits supporting financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing scalable plans to meet performance targets
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to align supply with future demand
  3. Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  4. Ensuring optimal resource deployment
  5. Managing workforce aspects such as shrinkage, leakage, overtime, and upskilling
  6. Utilizing data insights to improve processes and resource allocation

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven leadership in people, processes, and systems, with experience in CRM transformation
  • Demand planning and forecasting expertise
  • Supply chain management skills for seamless operations with partners and customers
  • Advanced data analysis skills for informed decision-making
