• Act as the crucial link between office staff and the production team to balance workloads and maximise production efficiency.
• Utilise the ERP system to ensure parts required are available and coordinate with team leaders to stay ahead of shop floor demands.
• Contribute to production planning meetings and follow up on actions raised, keeping colleagues informed of progress and issues.
• Review systems, procedures and general operations to maintain continuous improvements in production efficiency.
