Join to apply for the Production Planner Maternity Cover role at Dunbia Group.

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily production plans and projections for the Retail site. We are seeking a committed individual who can positively impact performance and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure planning targets are met within deadlines without compromising quality or costs.
• Produce and amend daily/weekly production plans using current systems.
• Update forecast figures on KPI spreadsheets.
• Manage raw materials to be available on a ‘just in time’ basis aligned with production needs and customer orders.
• Support stock level management within product life and storage capacity.
• Assist in planning raw material and production schedules for short, long, and immediate terms.
• Ensure stock levels are optimal and strive for 100% customer order fulfillment.
• Analyze in-store stock trends to promote proactive planning and response.
• Collaborate with sales to manage surplus stocks and avoid last-minute sales issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, preferably in food processing.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
