Production Planner - County Fermanagh

Role Overview: The role involves supporting the Production facilities & Despatch office. You will coordinate production planning to ensure efficiency, stock management, and customer service aligned with business needs. Responsibilities include compiling capacity and production plans, ensuring they meet business and quality standards, and supporting customer service levels in line with supply chain costs. Developing strong relationships with production and despatch teams is essential.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have prior planning experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, excellent communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility to meet supply chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct production planning activities using custom software.
  2. Coordinate between Design, Operations, and Contracts Managers.
  3. Serve as the liaison between the facility, Contracts Managers, and Despatch scheduling.
  4. Maintain oversight of despatch timelines and job progress.
  5. Provide scheduling information to Despatch Co-ordinator for cost-effective coordination.
  6. Manage stocked materials effectively.
  7. Assist in maintaining quality management systems to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
