Production Planner - Co. Fermanagh

The role involves supporting the Production facilities & Despatch office. You will be responsible for coordinating production planning to ensure high standards of efficiency, stock management, and customer service aligned with business needs. The role includes compiling capacity and production plans, ensuring they meet business and quality standards.

You will also ensure customer service levels are maintained in line with supply chain costs and develop strong relationships with production and dispatch teams.

The ideal candidate should have previous planning experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility to meet supply chain challenges.

• Perform production planning activities using custom software.
• Act as site coordinator between design, operations, and contracts managers.
• Serve as the liaison between the facility, contracts managers, and dispatch scheduling.
• Maintain oversight of dispatch timelines and job progress.
• Provide scheduling information to dispatch coordinators for cost-effective resource management.
• Manage and utilize stocked materials effectively.
• Assist in maintaining quality management systems to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
