Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group, a leading UK food manufacturer, is hiring a Planner-Administrator to join the West Bromwich site. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 with occasional weekend work to cover the team.

You will coordinate production flow, create daily schedules, produce reports, manage SKUs and orders in Navision, and liaise with operations, dispatch and engineering to keep plans on track.

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Excel skills with experience updating spreadsheets.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities for planning data.
• Good communication across departments and teams.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of work and materials to keep production on time.
• Create daily schedules for multiple production plans.
• Produce daily reports and KPI data for senior management.
• Perform general admin tasks (letter writing, filing, etc.).
• Publish reports detailing produced vs. plan and shortages.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, security and transport.
• Set up and manage SKUs and orders in Navision.
• Maintain relationships to support optimal performance.
• Communicate any order changes to stakeholders immediately.
