Job summary

Alloyed, a UK-based advanced metal components company, is seeking Production Planners to optimise short- and mid-term manufacturing plans at Abingdon facilities. You will collaborate with the Head of Production and operations leadership to align plans with deliveries and customer demand.

You will develop production and capacity plans, manage plan execution, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements to enhance performance and schedule adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans for low-volume manufacturing of customer components and manage execution.
• Develop mid-term capacity plans for Alloyed teams based on projected deliveries.
• Mitigate risks and balance load in short-term production schedules.
• Communicate and manage day-to-day plans, updating key stakeholders.
• Develop ways of working to improve operational performance and adherence to plans.
