Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with sales and marketing to accurately forecast customer demand
• Developing and maintaining integrated production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets
• Analyzing production data, market trends, and other metrics
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure supply chain alignment
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to workflow and planning processes
• Managing resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within engineering or manufacturing
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Proficiency in IT tools including Excel and ERP systems such as D365 or equivalent
