Job summary

Apex Resource Management Ltd is recruiting a Production Planner for their Leamington Spa facility to own production scheduling, align production with customer demand, material availability and site capacity to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with manufacturing, procurement, logistics and quality teams, plan and monitor production orders, track metrics such as on-time delivery and lead times, and drive continuous improvement using ERP/MRP systems like MRPEasy, SAP or Oracle.

• Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to keep plans on track and solve problems quickly.
• Track key metrics like on-time delivery, lead times, and stock levels, providing updates and insights to the wider team.
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying ways to streamline processes, reduce waste, and boost accuracy in planning.
• Use ERP/MRP systems (such as MRPEasy, SAP or Oracle) to manage schedules, materials, and data accurately.
