If you are looking for a role that will challenge you, whilst developing your analytical skills and investigative mind, then this role is for you.What you’ll be doing… Reporting to the Planning and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of stocks and assets for the business including:

  • Assist in the creation of a 5-day fixed Production Plan for Blending station 1 and CleanAirBlue divisions.
  • Communicate any deviations in the daily plan to the Line Manager.
  • Main link of information between production and commercial, ensuring that all departments have all up to date information.
  • Monitor the progression of any urgent products throughout the day and help resolve any issues.
  • Ensuring all raw materials/packaging is available to complete all relevant orders for the required production dates.
  • Plan daily site loads efficiently by customer sales request days.

We’re looking for someone who has…Essential:

  • Operational planning knowledge.
  • Ability to forward think and ability to resolve issues/problems.
  • Ability to plan efficient dispatch loads.
  • Ability to communicate at any level.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of lean practices
  • Process and chemical awareness
  • Knowledge of Kanban processes
  • Good level of knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel and Word.
